Risk Management is vital in the commercial cleaning industry. Identifying a risk before an injury occurs is essential in the protection of our staff and Clients property alike. Demos Property Services identifies these risks using Hazard Checklists and Risk Assessments prior to any work being undertaken by cleaning staff. This method assists in the control of risks.

To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities;

To ensure safe handling and use of substances;

To ensure that environmentally hazardous substances are not used;

To provide a copy of the current manufacturer's SDSs for all chemicals supplied to each workplace and ensure that all employees have access to them;

To ensure all containers of chemicals are labelled/marked with the manufacturer's label;
