Demos Property Services was founded in 1987 by the Company Principal, Mr Jim Demos, and has, over the past 37 years grown to become one of Melbourne’s largest contract cleaning companies with the experience and capacity to fulfil the requirements of the most stringent commercial cleaning contracts, yet compact enough to care about each and every contract.

We know you don't want to worry about your cleaning and that's why all our sites have supervisors and we provide dedicated Accoount Managers and Relationship Managers to ensure that cleaning is one item in your day you can rely on being looked after for you.

We take the health and safety of all staff and customers very seriously, we are also active in ensuring that while cleaning and servicing your premises, we do this in a sustainable manner.  This is why, in addition to our external Accreditations, we employ a full time Compliance Manager to ensure our OHS & E goals are achieved consistently. 

Our Reconciliation Action Plan is just one way in which we make an effort to support the national Reconciliation movement. Our RAP is a strategic document that supports our organisation’s business plan. It includes practical actions that will drive our organisation’s contribution to Reconciliation both internally and in the Communities in which we operate.
